Some of my friends have questions about artificial grass installation.
My friend said:"Finally we are installing the artificial grass. We would like to ask you all the doubts in order to get a perfect result
We are a bit worried because some waves on the grass that we can not take out. We think it could be because the long storage time. Please, advice us if it is important to make the grass really flat or if maybe with the weight of sand and rubber it can solve. (please see the picture that I’m sending)."
Artificial grass installation |
VIVATURF answer: Before infilling, we need to make sure the grass is flat on the ground. As per the waves, you need to cut a opening in the turf, and then, cut out the extra turf, then, use joint tape and glue to make the turf jointed and flat.
Only when the artificial grass is flat, can we continue to infill the silica sand and then infill the rubber granule.
Hope this information be useful for you!
