The use of artificial grass

Currently there are many types of artificial grass. Basically where there is a use for the natural grass counterpart exists in artificial grass.

The types of artificial grass can be classified depending on their use. Although most currently known sporting uses, for many years these surfaces are used in decorative and recreational areas, everything depends on the height, and resistance seam.

Recreation:They are usually short fiber surfaces (20-30 mm) but with much fiber volume to cover medium areas (parks, gardens, etc.) And need no padding between its fibers since being dense fibers remain straight .

Ornamental:Like the arcade, these surfaces can have about 30 mm in height but with the not as thick as they are put on a silica sand infill for greater similarity to natural grass of a garden.

Sports: All sports are played on natural grass can be made on artificial grass. Even today, most international sports federations welcome this type of surface and give the official specifications for use.

Its height ranges from about 30 mm to 60 mm for hockey to football. Most of these require a filling of ground rubber and silica sand to mimic the cushioning, traction and bounce of the ball that has the natural grass.

Once all the logistics of transporting the materials needed to install the synthetic surface, proceed to place each of the rolls as the installation plan previously designed by the installation company.

Once the rolls are placed on the cover surface or proceeds to bake paste, as appropriate, each of the rolls together. After completion of this process are rethinking game lines and placed them under (s) discipline (s) set by the client. With special tools are inserted or shave the lines and then paste them in the right place.

When you finish placing lines passing game fill placement can be manual or machine depending on the size of the field. The most important thing is to determine the exact amount of sand and rubber per square meter for a field even and level. This process is done in several layers where they must constantly brush filling materials which penetrate deep into the artificial grass.

Once all these steps the country is ready for use, but you must know that the optimal conditions will play after a few weeks of use when the filling is set at the proper level.
